We are seeking a results-driven Industrial Engineer to join our dedicated team in Nelspruit. In this role, you will analyse, refine, and enhance our production processes, ensuring optimal efficiency and reliability. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in improving workflows, reducing waste, and increasing productivity.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analysis on existing processes using various engineering tools.
• Redesign workflows to eliminate waste and enhance efficiency.
• Interact with suppliers to ensure materials meet required specifications.
• Lead workshops aimed at improving workplace practices.
• Monitor and analyse key performance indicators.
• Deploy Lean methodologies to streamline operations.
• Document all changes and redesigns for future reference.
• Create cost analysis and return on investment reports.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Facilitate training sessions for team members on new procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in process engineering

Technical Skills

• Quality Control
• CAD Software

Certifications

• Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)

Languages

• English: Fluent
