Job Description

We are seeking an E-commerce Specialist to join our team in Port Elizabeth. In this role, you will be tasked with driving sales and improving customer engagement on our e-commerce platforms. This position requires a deep understanding of e-commerce strategies, performance analytics, and a willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for expansion.
• Coordinate with suppliers to manage e-commerce inventory.
• Enhance user experience through website functionality improvements.
• Monitor customer feedback and address concerns promptly.
• Assist in the development of advertising strategies for digital platforms.
• Manage SEO/SEM efforts to improve search rankings for product pages.
• Collaborate with customer support to optimize service delivery.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or E-commerce
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce roles
