Job Description

The Reaming Machine Tender will be responsible for operating and maintaining reaming machinery to produce high-quality products. The candidate should have a solid understanding of reaming processes, ensuring product quality and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate reaming machinery for optimal performance.
• Perform preventive maintenance checks on all equipment.
• Conduct quality control inspections to guarantee product specifications are met.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving mechanical issues.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and improvements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow all safety and quality assurance procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent
• Trade certificate in Engineering or a relevant field

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in reaming machinery operation and maintenance
