Job Description

The Corporate Finance Manager will be responsible for coordinating financial assessments, evaluating investment opportunities, and supervising financial forecasts. We are looking for someone with strong leadership capabilities and a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the financial planning process, ensuring alignment with business strategies.
• Identify and analyze investment opportunities to maximize returns.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
• Monitor financial performance indicators and recommend improvements.
• Develop risk management strategies for investments.
• Engage with auditors and regulatory bodies during compliance audits.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• MBA with a focus on finance preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in corporate finance roles

Certifications

• CMA or equivalent
