Responsibilities

• Manage monthly and annual financial close processes.
• Implement and monitor internal controls for financial processes.
• Prepare detailed variance reports and analysis.
• Engage in training and mentoring junior finance staff.
• Develop financial dashboards and performance metrics.
• Assist in strategic planning through financial insights.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of accounting experience preferred
