Job Description

Join our team as a Pipeline Gang Supervisor, where your leadership will ensure the success of our pipeline projects. You will manage a team of workers, enforce safety standards, and communicate with project managers to resolve any issues. We are looking for someone dedicated to quality and safety in construction.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of pipelines.
  • Monitor construction progress and ensure the quality of work.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce compliance.
  • Train new staff on safety protocols and equipment usage.
  • Collaborate with engineers and contractors to resolve technical issues.
  • Prepare daily reports and maintain records of completed work.
  • Manage project budgets and resource allocation efficiently.
  • Identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure effective communication within the team and with external parties.
  • Drive initiatives to improve productivity and safety on site.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certification or diploma in construction or a related field is advantageous
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in pipeline construction and maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
