Responsibilities

• Analyze financial statements to ascertain tax implications and strategize accordingly.
• Review and process VAT and PAYE returns.
• Develop tailored tax advice based on individual client needs.
• Coordinate with clients to ensure seamless communication regarding tax obligations.
• Assist in the implementation of tax technology solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Support in merger and acquisition transactions with tax due diligence.
• Collaborate closely with legal advisors on tax structuring.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or relevant field
• Master's in Taxation is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a tax consulting role
