We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee various commercial and residential projects in East London. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute all phases of construction projects.
• Oversee procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery.
• Evaluate team performance and provide feedback.
• Implement innovative solutions to enhance project efficiency.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Manage project scope and control changes effectively.
• Prepare and submit progress reports to stakeholders.
• Foster a positive team environment through effective leadership.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of project specifications and requirements.
• Promote sustainability and environmental practices on-site.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Construction Management or related field

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in large-scale construction project management

• Risk Management
• Scheduling Software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)

Certifications

• Certified Construction Manager (CCM)

Languages

• English: Fluent
