Job Description

As a Livestock Farmworker, you will play a vital role in our agricultural operations. Responsibilities include feeding and caring for livestock, cleaning animal housing, and contributing to the overall management of the farm.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily care and feeding of livestock to promote their health and wellbeing.
• Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene of animal housing.
• Monitoring the physical condition and health of livestock, documenting any changes.
• Assisting with veterinary checks and vaccinations.
• Operating and maintaining farm machinery under supervision.
• Collaborating with other farm workers to enhance productivity.
• Participating in training sessions on animal husbandry and farm operations.

Requirements

Education

• Matric or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in animal care or farming is advantageous but not necessary.
