Job Responsibilities
  • Manage store operations, including staffing, inventory, and sales.
  • Set sales goals and motivate the team to achieve them.
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements.
  • Conduct staff performance evaluations and provide feedback.
  • Ensure the store meets all health and safety standards.
  • Develop and execute action plans to improve store performance.
  • Oversee daily cash handling and financial reporting.
  • Engage with customers to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for optimal stock levels.
  • Lead employee meetings to communicate goals and strategies.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Sales Management Skilled in driving sales and managing retail operations.
  • Inventory Management Experienced in stock control and inventory optimization.
  • Leadership Proven track record of leading teams to success.
  • Communication Able to effectively communicate with staff and customers.
  • Retail Management Certification
  • English (Fluent)
  • Afrikaans (Conversational)
