Responsibilities
Lead design projects from concept through execution.
Advocate for user-centered design principles within the team.
Analyze user flows and make recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with marketing to ensure designs align with brand strategy.
Facilitate workshops to gather input and ideas from team members.
Support the development team during implementation to ensure design fidelity.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Master's degree in Design or Human-Computer Interaction is preferred
Experience
5+ years of experience in UX/UI design
