Job Description

We are looking for a passionate E-commerce Strategist to join our dynamic team in Durban. The successful candidate will develop and implement effective online marketing strategies, leveraging analytics to boost sales and enhance customer engagement. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills to optimise our e-commerce platforms for maximum impact.

Responsibilities

  • Establish KPIs and benchmarks to measure the effectiveness of e-commerce strategies.
  • Utilise data analytics tools to track user engagement and conversion rates.
  • Lead market research initiatives to understand customer needs and preferences.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices in e-commerce.
  • Mentor junior team members on best practices in e-commerce marketing.
  • Coordinate with logistics and fulfillment teams to streamline operations and ensure timely delivery of products.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, E-commerce, or related field
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a strategic e-commerce role
