Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers and management to implement new technologies.
• Utilize simulation software to model workflows and processes.
• Identify opportunities for automation within manufacturing processes.
• Engage in supplier management to ensure quality materials are used.
• Promote a culture of safety within the workplace.
• Lead root cause analysis for production-related issues.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in relevant fields

Technical Skills

• Statistical Process Control
• Cost-Benefit Analysis

Soft Skills

Certifications

• Certified Manufacturing Engineer (CMfgE)
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt

Languages

• English: Fluent
