Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Brass Burnisher to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for polishing and finishing brass surfaces to a high standard, ensuring quality and satisfaction in every product.

Responsibilities

• Training new staff on polishing techniques and safety procedures.
• Reviewing production schedules and adjusting workload accordingly.
• Maintaining inventory of polishing supplies and equipment.
• Reporting any equipment malfunctions to management promptly.
• Conducting routine maintenance on machinery as required.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certificate or apprenticeship in metalworking or polishing is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in polishing and finishing metal products.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of polishing techniques and tools
• Understanding of health and safety regulations

Soft Skills

• Analytical thinking
• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with electroplating: Hands-on experience with electroplating processes for enhanced finishes.
