Job Description

We are seeking an IT Support Technician to provide technical assistance and support for all computer systems and software applications. The ideal candidate will have solid troubleshooting skills and experience in maintaining hardware and software.

Responsibilities

  • Support troubleshooting activities for all IT-related issues.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to improve processes.
  • Ensure all IT assets are properly maintained and accounted for.
  • Participate in IT audits and compliance checks.
  • Assist in the procurement of IT supplies and equipment.

Requirements

Education
  • National Certificate in Information Technology or related field
  • Relevant university degree is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support
