Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Healthcare Administrator to manage our administrative tasks and support healthcare operations in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare management and a passion for improving patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead quality improvement initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of healthcare staff.
  • Ensure effective communication between departments.
  • Evaluate and implement new healthcare programs.
  • Participate in strategic planning for the facility.
  • Develop training materials and resources for staff.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Health or related field
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Management is a plus
