Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and driven Sales Executive to join our Cape Town team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales acumen, a knack for building relationships, and a desire to exceed sales targets. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster retention.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations.
  • Negotiate terms and finalize agreements with clients.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve sales processes and tools.
  • Participate in trade shows and networking events to promote the company.
  • Assist in the development of marketing materials and promotions.
  • Resolve client issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Business Administration is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in high-level sales roles
