Responsibilities

• Write user manuals, online help, and technical specifications for software products.
• Work closely with product teams to gather information and clarify feature details.
• Edit and proofread documentation to ensure consistency and clarity.
• Create training materials and instructional guides for users.
• Participate in user experience testing to enhance documentation.
• Maintain a documentation repository and track changes.
• Implement feedback from users to improve documentation quality.
• Contribute to the creation of style guides for technical writing.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication or a related field
• Postgraduate qualification is an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in technical writing
