Job Description

Looking for an IT Support Technician to join our vibrant team. You will handle a variety of technical issues ranging from troubleshooting to systems maintenance. This role is critical in ensuring that our technology supports our business objectives effectively.

Responsibilities

• Administer IT help desk operations and resolve support tickets.
• Offer troubleshooting guidance for a range of technical problems.
• Assist in setting up new laptops, desktops, and other equipment.
• Monitor system performance to prevent outages.
• Update antivirus and other security software regularly.
• Participate in technology upgrades and installations.
• Document solutions and create a knowledge base for future reference.
• Support the IT team in maintaining an effective network infrastructure.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Computer Systems or related field
• Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft) are preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a technical support role
