Job Description

We are seeking a driven Technical Support Specialist to join our Port Elizabeth team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and a passion for helping clients resolve issues. You’ll play a key role in providing exceptional support and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer support inquiries.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers.
  • Create and update knowledge base articles for common issues.
  • Provide feedback to product development teams based on customer interactions.
  • Assist in training new staff members in support procedures.
  • Monitor support ticket queues to ensure efficient handling of requests.
  • Suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure issues are resolved.
