Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions using various evaluation tools to determine their specific rehabilitation needs.
• Design and implement effective physiotherapy programs that incorporate current best practices.
• Conduct group therapy sessions and presentations to educate patients on rehabilitation techniques.
• Assist in the development of departmental policies and procedures.
• Supervise and mentor junior physiotherapists and support staff.
• Engage with patients and their families to set realistic recovery goals.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy
• Master's degree in Physiotherapy or related field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of clinical physiotherapy experience preferred
