Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire leasing process from marketing to tenant retention.
• Develop strategic marketing plans for vacant units.
• Conduct regular market research to keep occupancy rates optimal.
• Provide support and training to the leasing team.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of leasing strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and leasing regulations.
• Build relationships with tenants to improve retention.
• Analyze financial aspects of leasing management.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams on property enhancements.
• Lead initiatives to improve tenant satisfaction and engagement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or related field
• Additional qualifications in Property Management are advantageous

Experience

• Experience in commercial leasing is beneficial
