Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Learning and Development Specialist to join our team in Centurion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing effective training programs for employees. The role will involve conducting needs assessments, developing training materials, and evaluating the impact of training initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and implement effective training strategies across the organization.
  • Create engaging learning modules that cater to various audiences.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions in person or virtually.
  • Assess the skills and capabilities of staff to ensure training objectives are met.
  • Develop and manage budgets for training programs.
  • Work with external vendors to deliver specialized training solutions.
  • Act as a resource for employees seeking skill development opportunities.
  • Evaluate training programs’ ROI and impact on employee performance.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
  • Master's degree is advantageous
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in training and development
