Job Description

As a Social Media Campaign Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our digital marketing efforts. This role requires strong creative thinking, strategic planning, and the ability to analyze campaign performance to drive results. You will manage social media accounts, develop compelling content, and engage with our audience to enhance brand awareness.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation of engaging and effective social media content.
  • Evaluate the success of campaigns through A/B testing and analytics.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align messaging and strategy across channels.
  • Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and promotions.
  • Assist in the development and execution of influencer marketing strategies.
  • Implement social media monitoring tools to track brand mentions and sentiment.
  • Develop and manage the social media content calendar.
  • Train and guide junior staff on best practices in social media management.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all platforms.
  • Prepare monthly reports on social media performance metrics.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or relevant field
