Job Description

Join our vibrant team as a Neon Tube Pumper, where you will utilize specialized equipment to bend glass tubes, attach electrodes, fill them with gas, and create beautiful neon signage. If you have prior experience in neon fabrication, excellent hand-eye coordination, and a passion for design, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Prepare neon components and ensure all necessary materials are available.
• Work closely with design and installation teams for project completion.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical difficulties with neon signs.
• Conduct tests to validate the functionality and safety of neon installations.
• Document processes and maintain records of materials used.
• Assist in training new team members on proper neon tube handling techniques.
• Engage with clients to understand their requirements and offer solutions.
• Contributing to high standards of creativity and design in every project.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or higher
• Additional certification in arts or design relevant to neon works is a bonus

Experience

• At least 2 years' experience in neon or signage fabrication.

Technical Skills

• Neon lighting technology
• Electrical wiring for neon signage
• Design software proficiency

Soft Skills

• Creativity
• Communication

Certifications

• Neon Sign Manufacturing training or equivalent

Languages

• English: Fluent
