Responsibilities

• Assess and manage patient health issues in collaboration with medical staff.
• Implement evidence-based practices to enhance patient care.
• Conduct follow-up visits and monitor patient progress.
• Train and guide junior nursing staff in best practices.
• Participate in clinical research projects related to nursing and patient care.
• Advise patients on lifestyle changes to improve health.
• Maintain open communication with patients regarding their care.
• Participate in professional development and training opportunities.
• Conduct outreach and community health programs.
• Maintain compliance with health regulations and policies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Master's degree in Nursing or Nurse Practitioner program preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
