Job Description

We are searching for a competent Project Manager to coordinate our projects and ensure stellar outcomes. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalising projects according to strict deadlines, all while managing stakeholder relationships and team dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that integrate resources, timelines, and budgets.
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project progress, adjusting as necessary to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and successes.
• Facilitate project meetings, ensuring effective discussions and resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and methodologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
• PMP certification preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in a technology environment

• Project Management Software (e.g., Asana, Trello)

Languages
