Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from inception to completion, ensuring design integrity.
• Coordinate with urban planners and landscape architects.
• Prepare models and drawings in 2D and 3D formats.
• Participate in local committees and professional organizations.
• Research and apply new architectural trends and technologies.
• Establish project scopes, budgets, and schedules.
• Assist in preparing tender documents and specifications.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent
• Postgraduate qualification in architecture is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years experience in architectural project management

Technical Skills

• SketchUp
• Project Management Software

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Leadership

Certifications

• Chartered Architect (SAIA)
• SACAP Registered

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic

Advantageous

• Experience with project budgeting: Track record in managing project finances and ensuring cost-effective solutions.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling software: Hands-on experience with software for architectural rendering.
