Responsibilities
Ensure the effective organization of shipments both locally and internationally.
Negotiate terms with suppliers and carriers to enhance service and rates.
Supervise logistics personnel and foster a collaborative environment.
Continuously assess supply chain operations for potential improvements.
Prepare documentation for imports and exports.
Train new staff on logistics processes and company policies.
Facilitate regular communication between stakeholders regarding shipments.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration is a plus
Experience
5+ years experience in logistics or supply chain roles preferred
