Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve IT support requests efficiently.
• Manage user accounts and permissions within the system.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on basic IT usage.
• Develop support documentation for frequently encountered issues.
• Work closely with telecom providers to resolve connectivity issues.
• Participate in IT projects as required.

Advantageous

• Experience with VoIP systems: Knowledge of Voice over IP systems and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with remote support tools: Experience with remote desktop support tools.
