We are seeking an IT Support Technician to join our Port Elizabeth team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, providing exceptional support to our users and helping to maintain the integrity of our systems. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, assist in network maintenance, and implement IT solutions that enhance productivity.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in IT support or a similar role

• Active Directory
• Help Desk Software

• Customer Service
• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Network Security: Knowledge of cybersecurity practices and tools.
• Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM): Familiarity with managing mobile devices within IT systems.
