Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Industrial Engineer to enhance our operational capabilities. You will conduct analyses, evaluate system performance, and develop engineering solutions that optimize our operations. Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams to implement improvements.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify process vulnerabilities.
• Create documentation for new processes and procedures.
• Utilize Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance operational performance.
• Collaborate with IT to leverage technology for process optimization.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Mentor junior engineers and team members on best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial
• Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in process engineering or optimization

Technical Skills

Certifications

• Certified Industrial Engineer (CIE)
• Certified Six Sigma Green Belt

Languages

• English: Fluent
