Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts and perform design reviews.
• Consult with contractors, clients, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Create 3D models and renderings for client approvals.
• Modify and improve existing designs to optimize space and function.
• Conduct risk assessments and manage project scope.
• Assist in the preparation of contract documents.
• Encourage innovation and creative solutions to design challenges.
• Prioritize clients' needs and ensure satisfaction throughout the process.
• Manage project timelines and resource allocation.
• Volunteer for community initiatives related to architecture and design.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering
• Master's degree in Architecture is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years experience in a similar role
