We are seeking a talented Architect to join our growing team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for project planning, design development, and collaborating closely with clients to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces. Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design projects from conception to completion.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather project requirements and feedback.
• Utilize architectural software to create and modify designs.
• Ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Review and approve design specifications and construction documents.
• Coordinate with landscape and interior designers to produce integrated designs.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure project adherence to plans.
• Address any technical issues that arise during the design process.
• Promote sustainability practices in all designs.
• Prepare presentations for client and community reviews.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering
• Master's degree in Architecture is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years experience in a similar role
