Responsibilities

• Design engaging UI components that enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with other designers and stakeholders to ensure cohesive design solutions.
• Analyze and enhance existing user interfaces for improved usability.
• Lead design workshops to brainstorm and generate ideas.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field
• Certifications in UX/UI design methodologies are a plus

Experience

• Minimum 3 years in a design role focusing on user experience

Technical Skills

• HTML/CSS
• User Testing Tools

Soft Skills

• Teamwork
• Time Management

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in marketing design.: Background in designing for marketing campaigns is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology.: Experience working in Agile teams to enhance productivity.
