Job Description

As an Aircraft Electrician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of aircraft electrical systems. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in various aircraft types, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Mentor junior technicians and assist with on-the-job training.
• Keep up with advancements in aviation technology and related tools.
• Support the development of new maintenance methods and efficiencies.
• Collaborate with cross-departmental teams for comprehensive maintenance planning.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards during all tasks.

Requirements

Education

• National Diploma in Electrical Engineering or relevant field
• Valid Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License (AMEL) will be advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years' experience specifically in aircraft electrical maintenance and repair

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of aircraft electrical systems
• Technical documentation interpretation

Languages

• English: Fluent
