Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Engineer who is passionate about designing sustainable solutions for environmental challenges. The ideal candidate will have a background in environmental assessment, design, and implementation projects that promote eco-friendly practices.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute environmental restoration projects as required.
• Interface with local authorities and clients regarding compliance issues.
• Assess impact of projects on local wildlife and habitats.
• Develop strategies for waste management and mitigation.
• Supervise a team of environmental consultants and support staff.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders and management.
• Implement community outreach programs for increased environmental awareness.
• Conduct thorough research on environmental legislation changes.
• Establish key performance indicators for environmental monitoring.
• Foster partnerships with NGOs focused on sustainability.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related fields
• Master's degree in Environmental Studies is an asset

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in environmental engineering and compliance
