Job Description

As a Healthcare Administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating administrative functions within our facility. We are looking for someone who is proactive, adaptable, and has a strong understanding of healthcare regulations. Collaborate with medical teams to create a positive patient experience while ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives aimed at optimizing patient care and administrative workflows.
• Manage conflict resolution and maintain a positive work environment.
• Engage in community outreach to improve facility visibility.
• Work closely with IT to manage healthcare technology systems.
• Ensure staff compliance with continuing education and training requirements.
• Participate in budget planning and financial forecasting.
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new administrative staff.
• Review and recommend improvements to healthcare policies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree in Healthcare Administration preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience managing healthcare facilities
