Responsibilities

• Conduct health assessments and provide advice on nutrition and preventive care.
• Diagnose and treat medical conditions in animals, collaborating with specialists as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the clinic.
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of patients.
• Support the training of junior veterinarians and supporting staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Science or related field
• Must be registered with the South African Veterinary Council

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a veterinary practice
