Job Description

As an Art Director at Creative Minds Agency, you'll lead creative projects and collaborate with talented designers to create stunning visual content. Your vision will play a pivotal role in shaping our clients' brands, leading the team to produce work that resonates with audiences. You'll be responsible for conceptualizing and executing design strategies that elevate our projects and inspire the team.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the creative process and ensure innovative solutions are delivered.
  • Conduct market research to inform design decisions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and collaborators.
  • Evaluate and provide feedback on design work produced by team members.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Design or related field
  • Master's degree in Design or Arts is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in creative roles, preferably in advertising or branding
