Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of electrical projects from concept to completion.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies for integration into projects.
• Collaborate with sourcing and procurement teams to ensure availability of materials.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within engineering processes.
• Facilitate training sessions for engineering staff on new technologies and methodologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in electrical project management
