Job Description

As a Crucible Packer, you will play an integral role in our manufacturing process, ensuring crucibles are packed and transported with precision. This hands-on role requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently as part of a dedicated team.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload crucibles, ensuring proper handling techniques are followed.
• Keep accurate records of packaged items and inventory levels.
• Assist in training new staff on packing procedures and safety protocols.
• Contribute to team meetings, providing input on efficiency improvements.
• Adhere to company policies regarding quality control and safety.

Requirements

Education

• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification

Experience

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment

Technical Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Forklift license: Experience driving forklifts for efficient material handling.
