Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated IT Support Technician to join our team in East London. This role involves providing technical support to our clients and ensuring seamless IT operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting skills and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to technical inquiries from staff and provide solutions.
  • Ensure all IT equipment is up-to-date and functioning correctly.
  • Monitor and maintain system performance and security.
  • Provide training and support to users on company applications and systems.
  • Assist with inventory management of IT supplies and equipment.
  • Create and maintain user accounts and access permissions.
  • Regularly back up data and assist in disaster recovery processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in IT or related field
Experience
  • 1+ years of experience in a help desk or IT support role
