Job Description

The Reinspector will be responsible for assessing insurance claims and managing the reinsurance program of the company. You will evaluate claims, make decisions on their validity, and work closely with other departments to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments for insurance claims.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Communicate findings and decisions clearly to relevant team members.
  • Coordinate with the underwriting and actuarial teams to assess risk.
  • Review and analyse claim data for trends and discrepancies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Insurance or Business Administration
  • Post-graduate qualifications in related field are advantageous
Experience
  • Familiarity with the insurance industry and reinsurance principles is essential.
