UX/UI Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to craft intuitive and appealing designs in our Cape Town office. You will collaborate closely with developers and project managers to deliver outstanding digital experiences that meet user needs.

Responsibilities

• Design wireframes and interactive prototypes that are both functional and visually striking.
• Integrate user feedback into design iterations for improvement.
• Ensure cross-platform compatibility and responsive design.
• Assist in the development of marketing materials that require design expertise.
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback.
• Facilitate design workshops to cultivate collaboration and creativity.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Web Design or Digital Media

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio

Technical Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Interest in front-end development: Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus for collaboration with developers.
