UX Designer

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled UX Designer to join our dynamic Johannesburg team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user interface design, usability testing, and user experience research. You'll be responsible for transforming complex problems into user-friendly solutions, ensuring a seamless experience across our digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX design projects from concept to completion.
• Communicate design ideas and concepts effectively to team members.
• Utilize design tools like Sketch and Figma for creating high-fidelity designs.
• Facilitate workshops with cross-functional teams to brainstorm design solutions.
• Create and maintain design documentation for future reference.
• Monitor and evaluate UX metrics to assess design effectiveness.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• Master's degree in Design is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably within tech.

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Agile Methodologies: Hands-on experience in Agile environments, collaborating with scrum teams.
