Job Description

As an Audit Manager, you will lead audit engagements and manage a team of auditors in the execution of audit fieldwork. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalising audit assignments. You will work closely with our clients to ensure compliance with regulations and provide valuable insights to improve their financial processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage client expectations and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with other departments to facilitate audit processes.
• Evaluate internal controls and offer recommendations for enhancements.
• Monitor compliance with established audit plans and timelines.
• Provide training and support to junior audit team members.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance expertise.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce or related field
• Masters in Business Administration (MBA) is advantageous

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in auditing or related field

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
