Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from conception through to execution.
• Ensure all designs are aligned with company branding guidelines.
• Coordinate with printers and external vendors to ensure quality output.

• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback.
• Document design processes and maintain archives of completed projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Visual Arts or related field
• Post-graduate degree is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role
