Environmental Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Environmental Engineer to join our team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in environmental assessments, compliance, and sustainable practices. You will be responsible for managing projects that focus on reducing environmental impact and enhancing sustainability efforts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee environmental data collection and analysis.
• Work closely with clients to ensure their compliance with environmental standards.
• Prepare and present findings to stakeholders and management.
• Develop policies and procedures to enhance sustainability efforts.
• Coordinate and participate in fieldwork, including site investigations.
• Advise on environmental safety practices and policies.
• Draft and submit permit applications to relevant authorities.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote environmental services offered.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Environmental Engineering or related field
• Ph.D. in a relevant field is a plus

• 5+ years of relevant experience
