Responsibilities

• Evaluate prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness.
• Stay up-to-date with new medications and therapies.
• Perform medication reconciliation for patients.
• Support chronic disease management programs.

• Assist in developing pharmacy protocols and procedures.
• Engage in continuing education and professional development.
• Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment.
• Communicate effectively with patients and caregivers.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent
• Additional qualifications in clinical pharmacy are a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a retail pharmacy setting
