Innovative Design Solutions is seeking a skilled UX Designer to enhance our design team in Johannesburg. The perfect fit will have a strong portfolio showcasing previous work, experience in conducting usability tests, and proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, and Figma. Your work will directly impact user engagement and product usability.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed user research and benchmarking.
• Develop user stories and process flows to guide design decisions.
• Craft visually engaging and user-friendly interfaces.
• Engage users through interactive prototypes and presentations.
• Facilitate workshops to gather stakeholder requirements.
• Continuously measure the effectiveness of UX designs through analytics.
• Provide UX mentorship to junior team members.
• Maintain a consistent design language across all products.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Interaction Design, or relevant field.
• Master's degree in UX design is a plus.

Experience

• 4+ years of experience designing user experiences.
